Documentation  to  support  federal  tax  credits,  such  as  research  and  development  credits,  can  be  onerous  and  detailed. Our  staff  can  help.

The  State  of  Georgia  has  an  abundance  of  income  tax  credits.  Many  of  these  go  unnoticed  by  your  tax  preparer,  but  not  by  us.  We  can  help  identifying  and  documenting  the  following:

• Job  creation  tax  credits.,  both  traditional,  opportunity  zones  and  military  zones.
• Film  and  entertainment  tax  credits.
• Employment  Retraining  tax  credits.
• Fuel  tax  credits.

IF  your  business  is  located  in  a  military  zone,  you  only  are  required  to  create  2  new  jobs  to  get  a  $1,500  tax  credit  that  lasts  for  multiple  years.

If  you  have  to  retain  your  staff  on  new  technology,  you  can  receive  up  to  $2,500  per  employee  annual  in  tax  credits  for  the  cost  to  retrain.
