As an independent third party, we step in and assist with the selected solution, negotiating the contracts and implementing the chosen solution. The existing or new vendor can blame all the negotiations on our team and avoid any chance for friction in the new or continued relationship. Existing providers can solve the issues with a new solution for their clients sometimes which avoids the need for a total conversion.

A typical systems conversion frequently occurs when one institution acquires another. Whole system conversions can be disruptive. However, some institutions decide to outsource system functions to third party providers.
In either situation, our experience staff has helped convert full core systems to new systems, loan systems to new systems and loan origination systems to third party providers or from those providers to in-house systems.
