As  an  independent  third  party,  we  step  in  and  assist  with  the  selected  solution,  negotiating  the  contracts  and  implementing  the  chosen  solution.  The  existing  or  new  vendor  can  blame  all  the  negotiations  on  our  team  and  avoid  any  chance  for  friction  in  the  new or  continued  relationship.  Existing  providers  can  solve  the  issues  with  a  new  solution  for  their  clients  sometimes  which  avoids  the  need  for  a  total  conversion.

What  we  often  find  is  practices  and  operating  procedures  put  in  place  early  in  system  implementation  no  longer  maximize  features,  maybe  even  features  not  implemented  initially.  Modules  not  needed  at  implementation  now  may  assist  in  better  servicing  customers.

We  are  extremely  familiar  with  most  systems  and  have  and  can  assist  in  maximizing the  full  potential  of  a  current  system.  Many  believe  they  need  a  new  system  when  expanding  the  usability  of  the  existing  system  could  be  the  quickest  and  most  effective  solution.
