Our founder, Danny F. Dukes, has spent over 30 years in the financial institution, and mortgage industries. Danny understands, first hand, the impact of changes that have occurred in these industries over this time period and most importantly, how these changes now impact customers; especially business owners' ability to obtain capital and loans that they need to operate and grow their companies. That's why a large part of our practice is devoted to helping consult  with community financial institutions, including non-bank, as these changes affect them.

Additionally, Danny F. Dukes and Associates, LLC will leverage its founder's CFE designation and years of experience with financial transactions, internal controls, fraud detection and fraud prevention. Danny says, "In this troubled economy, blue collar crime has increased dramatically. When blue collar crime increases, white collar crime generally parallels this increase. Now, is not the time to ignore this trend and wake up as the victim. We need to do what we can to help companies guard against or detect white collar crime."
